Introduction to fundamentals
Science education is based upon the introduction of fundamental concepts to students. This can be done in the form of lectures which employ simple graphical representation of experimental procedures with accompanying explanations delivered as a video lecture.
Laboratory practicals and experiments which involve psycho-motor elements can be demonstrated by the lecturer using a video accompanied by a narrative. This can be observed by the students and then become an element of a discussion on the design and development of a laboratory protocol for execution in the laboratory when regular practicals resume.
The usage of scientific instrumentation can be demonstrated by the employment of instructional videos which clearly explain the standard operating procedure for a diverse range of instruments.
