Thus, the best solution for this current situation is using Microsoft PowerPoints by record audio to provide narration for the lecture note.

Brief description of presentation submitted
The presentation covers how lectures and tutorials are handled for BT20403. The course has more than 300 students, and a survey has been conducted to ask students for their views on teaching and learning that suit their present circumstances. Most students have the same issue, i.e., internet instability. Therefore, lectures are conducted asynchronously. Apart from uploading relevant reading materials and copies of lecture notes in advance through Smartv3, the lecturer has created an audio recording slide/video for students (provided weekly) explaining the lecture notes, relevant legal provisions in the Statute such as the Contracts Act 1950 and decided cases to help students understand the complex legal elements. For tutorials, students are required to provide their answers or responses to particular questions either in writing or as a video via Flipgrid and Padlet applications. This approach makes it easier for the lecturer to evaluate the students' progress and to assess whether they understand the lectures that have been delivered or otherwise. Apart from using Smartv3ums, the lecturer uses Telegram to communicate and discuss with students for two hours every Friday, 2.00-4.00pm (actual lecture time). For the tutorial, the lecturer also uses WhatsApp to connect with students every week based on their tutorial time in smaller groups of up to 25 people per group

Now, under this registered account of UMS, I created another 2 videos, and I found it more secured and convenient as I dont have to re-register the free trial account using new email address anymore. I can enjoy recording my teaching videos easier now. Thanks UMS
